CONTACT YOUR CAMPER

In order to allow campers and staff to fully enjoy and benefit from camp, we do not allow campers to make or receive phone calls and do not allow campers to have cell phones.

In cases of injury, illness or extreme homesickness, camp staff will call the camper’s guardian to let them know what is going on, as well as ask if they would like to talk with their camper.

Send Mail to Your Camper

Everyone loves to get mail at camp! Write to your camper as frequently as you’d like during her stay. Happy mail–not worrisome news or information on what she is missing out on–is the best type of mail to send. Please do not send food to your camper as it attracts bugs and other critters. If a camper receives food, it will be kept in the kitchen until departure.

On arrival day, there will be a mail station where you can drop off letters for the week or write a note to your camper. After arrival day, mail should be addressed as follows:

YOUR CAMPER’S NAME
CAMPER’S SESSION NAME
Camp E-Ko-Wah
297843 East 1660 Road
Marlow, Oklahoma 73055

Care Packages

Camper Care Packages are always fun for girls to have once they get to camp.  You are able to purchase one of these fun care packages while registering for your camp session! If you'd like to add it to your order later, go to your camp session you're registered for and go to "Click here to edit an existing registration" at the bottom of the page. Please note that these changes can only be made up to 2 weeks before your camp session.

Trading Post

Our Camper Trading Post is our exclusive camp shop where our campers can purchase camp wear, stuffed animals, souvenirs and other cool camp swag! Parents and Guardians can choose pre-loaded funds when registering for their camper's session. The amount will be loaded onto their Girl Scouts’ camper card to cover the anticipated purchases—a good budgeting exercise to go through with campers!

Please note that staff cannot accept cash or card from campers during their stay at camp. Any money that is wished to be spent in the store must be added to your current registration, or you must bring money to submit to staff at check-in.
