Seasonal, regular camp staff work as directors, counselors, specialist, and support positions. From being a role model to preparing meals, these staff ensure girls have the best possible time at camp.

Resident Camp Job Descriptions

Overnight 1 week sessions where you stay on-site

Assistant Camp Director – May 3rd - August 13th – starting at $400

Food Service Director – May 20th - August 10th – starting at $350

Cook (x2) – May 24th - August 7th – starting at $300

Equestrian Director – May 24th - August 10th – starting at $350

Wrangler (x2) – May 27th - August 7th – starting at $275

GIRL Experience Leader (Unit Leader)/Program Coordinator (x2) – May 24th - August 10th – starting at $325

GIRL Experience Guide (Counselor) (x 12) – May 29th - August 7th – starting at $250

Arts and Crafts Guide – May 27th - August 7th – starting at $225

Day Camp Job Descriptions

Day Camp - Assistant Director (2021)- $12 - $15/hr

Day Camp - GIRL Experience Leader (2021) - $10 - $15/hr

Day Camp - GIRL Experience Guide (2021) - $10 - $15/hr

Day Camp - STEM Guide (2021) - $10 - $15/hr

General Qualifications

  • For most staff positions, you must be at least 18 years of age or have graduated from high school by the start of the camp season. For the Junior Counselor and Kitchen Assistant positions, minors may apply.
  • All resident camp positions are required live on-site when groups are in session, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Pay rates are based on the staff member’s individual certifications and experience related to the position. Compensation also includes room and board (for those living on-site) and worker’s compensation insurance.
