Seasonal, regular camp staff work as directors, counselors, specialist, and support positions. From being a role model to preparing meals, these staff ensure girls have the best possible time at camp.

Summer Camp Job Descriptions

Assistant Camp Director:
May 9th - August 11th at $600/wk

Food Service Director:
May 9th - July 17th at $500/wk

Equestrian Director:
May 9th - August 11th at $600/wk

Program Coordinator:
May 9th - August 11th at $520/wk

Camp Supervisor:
May 23rd - August 11th at $450/wk

Camp Counselor:
May 23rd - August 11th at $400/wk

Kitchen Assistant:
May 21st - July 17th at $400/wk

May 18th - August 11th at $300/wk

General Qualifications

  • For most staff positions, you must be at least 18 years of age or have graduated from high school by the start of the camp season. For the Junior Counselor and Kitchen Assistant positions, minors may apply.
  • All resident camp positions are required live on-site when groups are in session, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Pay rates are based on the staff member’s individual certifications and experience related to the position. Compensation also includes room and board (for those living on-site) and worker’s compensation insurance.
