PAYING FOR CAMP

Did you know that you can use your Girl Scouts Rewards Card for camp sessions? You can also make payments on your camp! Making it more managable to pay for camp we've created the opportunity to make payments for your camp session up until 2 weeks before your camp session starts! You just have to pay your deposit to hold your spot! Your Adventure Awaits!

Our online registration is the best and quickest way to register your daughter for summer camp.  When registering online you may either:

  • Pay in full for a guaranteed space for your camper
  • Pay your $50 deposit to hold your camper's spot and make payments as you can (final payment must be received 2 weeks before your camp sessions in order for your campers session to not be cancelled). To make payments, go to your camp session you're registered for and go to "Click here to edit an existing registration" at the bottom of the page.

Once the camp registration has been submitted you will see a confirmation message with further instructions and other camp necessities.

SCHOLARSHIPS

If Financial Assistance is needed for your camper to attend camp we are happy to help.

Initial applications are due on April 30, however applications will continue to be reviewed and approved on a rolling basis while we still have funds available.

USING GIRL SCOUT REWARD CARDS

If your camper has Rewards that they have earned from the cookie season on her GSWESTOK Rewards Card and would like to use it to help pay for her camp session, she is able to use them at checkout! On the checkout page when paying for your camp, select the giftcard option and type in your GSWESTOK Rewards Card number.
