GSWESTOK is now using CampDoc as a way of collecting and safekeeping healthcare information regarding our participants. CampDoc is a software that will save Health Forms year to year, so guardians should only have to fill out that health form once, and it will save from year to year. Updates can be added across the years as well. After registering for a session, you will receive an email from CampDoc inviting you to complete the health profile for each individual registrant. These health profiles are due completely two weeks before a session begins to give our Healthcare Staff appropriate time to review them, set up care plans, and note any allergens we may need to prepare for in our menus.
