General Qualifications
- For most staff positions, you must be at least 18 years of age or have graduated from high school by the start of the camp season. For the Junior Counselor and Kitchen Assistant positions, minors may apply.
- All resident camp positions are required live on-site when groups are in session, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Pay rates are based on the staff member’s individual certifications and experience related to the position. Compensation also includes room and board (for those living on-site) and worker’s compensation insurance.
